Up for your consideration is a very nice 2004 American Ironhorse Texas Chopper: This Chopper is in great shape and is a real "Head Turner". Currently has 8,654 miles and has just been serviced... it is ready to ride. I have a New 240mm Back Tire that has not been installed yet but can be. Equipped with a 111 Motor, Baker 6-speed. Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: All Texas Buyers are required to pay 6.25% sales tax, and registration if required. All Buyers are subject to a $50.00 Documentary Fee and Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) of .002029. This will be $2.03 per $1000.00 or $20.29 per $10,000. Out of Sate Buyers pay all other fees and taxes in their own state of registration. We typically DO NOT send out 2nd Chance Offers, if you do receive one, please contact us at 806-789-7979 to be certain that it is valid.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
