03 Buell Firebolt
Vehicle Description
This is a 2003 xb9r Buell Firebolt. It has been a great bike and has no problems with it. It runs strong and has been babied its whole life. The bike has never been laid down nor has it been in any kind of wreck. It has had many things done to it and are listed below. Please feel free to email me with any questions, I will respond as soon as possible.
in the last 500 miles...
- oil change (fully synthetic modile 1 motorcycle engine)
- gear oil change (fully synthetic mobile 1 oil)
- brake fluid changed (fully synthetic fluid)
- front brake pads
- HID kit installed with 6000k lights (can be seen in photo below, they show up blue in pic but are the hyper white lights)
in the last 1000 miles...
- New Paint Job (satin flat black)
in the last 10000 miles...
- new rear wheel
- new kickstand (because it was recalled)
- new rear and front wheel bearings (they too were recalled)
- new clutch
- new belt drive tensioner
it also has....
- Buell Pro Racing Exhaust (seen in pictures below)
- Power Commander II chip
- black zero gravity (double bubble) windscreen (seen in pictures below)
- Frame pucks, black (seen in pictures below)
Buell has recently recalled the headlight assembly and I have not had the time to allow them to do the installation so that would need to be done, however it is done to increase the headlight output, yet with the HID they are plenty bright. Also there is a crack in the right side rear view mirror, not in the mirror itself but at the piviting point. It does not affect the use of the mirror and can be seen in the picture below.
