1996 Buell S1 Lightning, Bike is in excellent condition, just serviced at local harley- buell shop, all original except for Supertrap exhaust, carb jetted, air cleaner, corbin seat, barend mirrors,. This bike has all recalls fixed, never laid down or raced, just local pleasure. Gas tank has some blistering on the red parts of the paint. sides of tank , bra covers the lower blisters. decal is fine. blisters have not broken so the red paint looks fine. I dont think its bad enough to repaint but thats your choice, Trip odometer doesnt work. [RESET KNOB] Thats it, Everything else is in great shape,. You wont be unhappy.,

I am 43 years old, owned this bike only a short time, NEVER abused ever, PREVIOUS owner, 61 year old banker- investor, who collects cars -motorcycles,always garaged and covered , selling off some of his collection to purchase other interest.
If you are looking for a bike like this, you will not find a better one , Most of the bikes out there have been altered, you dont know the workmanship, Hotshot- kids get a hold of these bikes an destroy them.
I have received lots of emails on this bike, You can buy one cheeper, but look at it, you should be able to see if a kid owned it . Then is it worth it?
