Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate purchaser's SCOOTER/MOTORCYCLE/ATV. If purchaser is not familiar with the nature of SCOOTER/MOTORCYCLE/ATV riding then the purchaser should seek professional training before using.
Inherent Risks: WARNING! SCOOTER/MOTORCYCLE/ATV riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by purchasers own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of purchaser's participation in riding.
Operation and Registration : Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the SCOOTER in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the SCOOTER/MOTORCYCLE/ATV is legal for operation in your particular City and State outside Florida . Registration fee and Florida TAX are additional to the retail price.

Warranty : Hanissi Motors makes warranties for products for one month from delivery date for engine and trasmission without extra fee, the miles are not considered o limited for warranty terms. The damage in body or blows, results in the lost of warranty and Hanissi Motors dismiss any responsibility for assuring the vehicle warranty or any customer claim. THIS ITEM IS NON RETURNABLE: We offer a 30 day on defective parts only warranty Does not cover bulbs, batteries, or tires. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken caused by the user or during shipping and not checking and adding oil or by any other event. We are one of the very few sellers that offer a 30 day defective parts only warranty .We are not responsible for item damage during shipping, such as scratches to the paint for crate rubbing. BATTERYS NOT under warranty.The bike has a battery with it. If it is bad we can not ship or give you a new one. We are not responsible for sending out free parts for every detailed damage. some parts may be at owners expence. Batterys are not legal to ship. Item is yours after purchase, When buying you agree to no refunds/no chargebacks/ we will try to the best of our ability to help the customer in anyway. Please read the manual to preserve your scooter, make the services as manual say. For gas always use the best gas brand name and 90 to 93 octane, less trash/less trouble with water in gas.
