2006 Suzuki DRZ400S DRZ400 dual sport dual purpose Vehicle Description This 2006 Suzuki DR-Z400S Dual Sport or Dual Purpose bike was bought new at Renton Motorycle Company in the Seattle area July, 2006. The original and only owner bought the bike as his first machine to learn to ride on after taking the MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) training class. He never took to riding, and as a result the bike has 333 miles from new. None of those 333 miles happened in the dirt or off-road. This bike sat unused since October, 2006 in a Seattle neighborhood condominium parking garage until August, 2008. My store acquired the bike then and I made it road worthy for the next owner. A new Yuasa battery, fresh oil/filter, new brake fluid, etc. This bike operates exactly as new. The bike is stock save for a Genuine Suzuki gel seat, which lowers the seat height 1" according to the Suzuki parts catalog. The seat retails for $175 plus installation charges. Cosmetically the bike is essentially as you would expect it to be with 333 miles and zero off-road use. Absolutely no crash or tipover damage either. The bike does has a few spots of corrosion or light rust on the exposed metal parts as a result of just sitting there and "existing" (for lack of a better word) here in the real world. I'm splitting hairs here, and perhaps being way too critical of a bike intended to be used off road, but the very small, occasional spot of corrosion does exist on this bike. My guess would be that after 1 or 2 off-road adventures you would never know or even notice them. Included both factory ignition keys, both fork lock keys, the toolkit and owner's manual. Washington state buyers will be charged sales tax on the final sales price and a licensing/title transfer fee of $50. The licensing fee could be higher if the license tabs need renewing and you wish for Red Label Moto to purchase them for you. Non-Washington residents will pay the final sales price plus a $50 fee for a vehicle trip permit only. No sales tax or other licensing fees will be collected from non-Washington state residents. Non-residents must provide a copy of their non-Washington identification, a copy of some sort of utility bill that verifies an address outside of Washinton state and they must sign a declaration stating they do not reside in Washington state. Red Label Moto is a licensed, bonded and insured motorcycle dealer in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. I can and will cooperate with any pre-purchase inspection and customers are welcome to view the bike for sale in my showroom. I am happy to arrange shipping at the buyer's request or work with your shipper. Delivery to anywhere in the Seattle metropolitan area is free. Email any questions or call 206-325-7233. Thanks very much for looking.
