1983 GS450GA suzukimatic AUTOMATIC w/ 1982 Parts Bike
Vehicle Description
This is a 1983 suzukimatic GS450GA it is fully automatic.
This is a great beginners bike. Very easy to ride. You don't come by these bikes often. This vintage TWIN cylinder interstate cruiser has a two speed AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, SHAFT DRIVE, electronic ignition, easy electric starter, gear select indicator (Neutral, Low and Drive), oil cooler, parking brake, front fork air shocks with disc brakes and rear drum brakes.
Condition: It does need some work. I had it running all summer, it is inspected, and currently on the road with a clear NYS title and registration. I took it out last week and it started smoking pretty bad but I don't have the time to fix it. I know the carbs and jets need to be cleaned. It still runs and moves. When I had it in tip top shape it could maintain aprox 75MPH....it got around 50MPG. It is an awesome bike to just cruise around on and again it is so easy to ride.
I will include a bike I picked up for parts. I do not have the title to the parts bike but I know the engine is good and turns over and the shaft drive is there......some of the things the parts bike is missing include a seat, front break calibers, back blinkers, ignition.......there may be some other things but for the most part you are getting everything else.....almost like a second bike. (in the pictures it looks bare but I have many extra parts in a box including the gas tank and fenders)
