Vehicle Description
One Bad Barhopper, I built this in the spring with the intention of selling it but ended up keeping it for the season as my rider, it started life as a 73 750 5 speed tiger, the top end was rebuilt and a dual carb adapter was installed (shotgun style, pretty cool) and a completely rebuilt set of Amal 930 bolted on, here is a list of new parts used in the build, rear rim (19" for more of a hot rod / desert sled look), front and rear stainless spokes, electronic ignition, tires, front brakes, pipes, handlebars, seat, rear fender, oil bag (ignition inside), hard tail, there are a bunch of hand made parts (speedo bracket, motor mounts etc.) with a pretty trick seat mount with a hidden brace that allowed me to eliminate a rear fender strut, this is a good running, pretty well sorted out head turning bike, it recently started leaking some oil which I'm confident can be corrected with a good going over (I was going to get to it over the winter) it will need rear brakes and a clutch soon, there is a chip on the front of the tank and misc. chips throughout, it could be a showbike with some love but I like it just the way it is, come see it for yourself if you can. anyone with less than 10 positive feedbacks must contact me prior to bidding as I will cancel your bid, I reserve the right to cancel this auction at anytime as the bike is for sale locally.
