It can be registered in US. I ship through www.forwardair.com and you chose your closest international airport and pick up from there, I will give you bill of sale and cert of origin. You can come to my shop and pick it up for free. 1wd is when the back drive wheel is powered and, 2wl is the back wheel and sidecar wheel is powered. If one does not understand the construction of the motorcycle and does not care about the adjustment schedules,
one cannot count on troublefree operation.
**RETURN POLICY-Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
**Defective items will be exchanged with a replacement but if a replacement is not available a credit will be issued.
**RETURN PROCEDURES - A return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from State Motor by calling 440-341-3176 the RA# must be Clearly displayed on the shipping carton when returning the product. Product must be in resellable condition. Please include a copy of the original packing
slip and the reason(s) for the return. if a packing slip is not available, please provide the order number from the original purchase. We recommend you use
a reliable shipping company and insure the contents. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
