Up for auction is a pristine 2003 Yamaha YZF-R1 with 6300 perfectly maintained miles on it. This bike is adult owned and ridden with absolutely no stunt riding done. This bike gets washed after every ride and covered in a garage on a stand. The bike runs perfectly and has received meticulous maintenance with synthetic oil changes and only premium fuel. This R1 has the following upgrades: Sportech black chrome windscreen, polished mirror blockoffs, LED mini front turns, black frame sliders, black clutch slider, Clear Alternatives integrated rear tail and turn light, fender eliminator, swing arm spools, and a wired battery tender. A Yamaha GYTR carbon fibre exhaust with Yamaha velocity stacks for the throttle bodies, and a Yamaha KN filter to complete the performance package. The emissions system has been removed for added performance. Only synthetic oil changes with Royal Purple 10W-40 oil and Yamaha oil filters are used. Recent maintenance also includes recent new Continental tires, brand new gel cell battery, and a recent synthetic oil change. This bike runs and handles flawlessly. I also have the original owners manual, tool kit, and mirrors for this bike. This R1 sounds great with the exhaust, has incredible power, is amazingly fast and still manages to consistently average about 40-50 mpg.
